A simple bathtub tray that sits across your bathtub can provide easy access to everything you may want for warm and relaxing bath. They're also fantastic at adding style and decor to room that's often used just for its utility.
After a long day, sometimes all you want to do is unwind and relax in a nice, warm bath. Bathtub trays and caddies are designed to help make the most out of those times and are great accessories for putting candles, books, and even your smartphone for easy access.
Bathtub trays come in a wide variety of styles and sizes. At SMPL, we offer two distinct designs.
Our Slatted Bathtub Tray is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a modern tray that still has that mid-century sophisticated look.
After each one is assembled, they are sanded and sealed by hand using a special oil-wax finish imported from Europe designed for high moisture environments. Once the finish cures, each tray is carefully packed and shipped to your door.
Our other bathtub tray, which we call our Simple Bath Caddy, is perfect for the ultra-minimalist looking for the sleekest, most simple bathtub tray.
Like our Slatted Bathtub Tray, each one of these is made out of sustainably sourced solid lumber and is built, sanded, and sealed by hand. They receive the same finish designed to repel water as our slatted tray, too.
Both come in three lengths: 30 inches, 33 inches, and 36 inches. Two big differences between the Slatted and the Simple Bathtub Tray are the depth and height of each.
The Slatted Bathtub Tray measures in at about 11 inches deep and 2 inches high (when you include the legs), while the Simple Bathtub Caddy comes in at 7 inches deep and just under 1 inch tall. Depending on your needs, you may find that one suits you better than the other.
Bathtub trays are a fantastic option for any bathroom with a full-size bathtub. They're a great accessory for improving both your bathing experience and the decor of your bathroom. The best part is that all of our furniture, including our bathtub trays, are built right here in the U.S. by hand. We use sustainably sourced lumber, and we always ship for free.
